Some people argue that Greece intentionally dragged its feet with reforms from the start so that its problems would not be solved but, instead, mutate into a wider Eurozone problem where Greece would only be one of the victims.
Don't underestimate the ability of Germany to copy practices which work well elsewhere... The IMF reports that the Eurozone problem has now become a problem for the world-wide economy and financial industry.
How long will it be until the first sounds come out of Germany that the world has an obligation (and that it is in the world's own interest) to bail out the Eurozone?
More financial resources to NASA & Co., please! They need to find another rich planet in a hurry to bail out the Planet Earth!
